FAMFAR is an international research project. The applicant of the Project is Stanislaw Staszic State University of Applied Sciences in Piła, Poland.
EXCHANGE
FAMFAR is a part of Academic International Partnerships programme which integrates scientists from five countries of Central and Eastern Europe: Poland, Romania, Serbia, Lithuania and Moldova.

FAMFAR is funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange: International Academic Partnership Grant No PPI/APM/2018/1/00011/U/001, Task No 10, pos. 42. Period of implementation of the Project is January 2019-November 2021.
OBJECTIVE
The main objective of the project is to assess the level of economic, social and environmental sustainability of small-scale family farms in countries with a fragmented agrarian structure, as well as to determine the impact of the activities of this group of actors on the sustainable development of rural areas and the agribusiness sector.
ACTIVITIES
- conducting international research and development work,
- including surveys and in-depth interviews,
- preparing monographs and publications in high-score journals,
- organizing international conferences and research workshops,
- participation in internships at foreign universities.
